Lately things have been extremely busy, with moving back to San Diego and getting situated into a normal routine. One of the things I miss most about my LA apartment was the downstairs gym I actually would use regularly (Mostly for the treadmill). Now that I’m back at home I want to start working out again, being active, and getting into the grind.
I’m thinking I will try running a couple days a week paired with a Bikram or Pilates Class. I am ready to start getting in shape and eating healthy again! I’ll keep an update with my progress and some new healthy recipes.
